DECIZIA (UE, Euratom) 2024/3240 A PARLAMENTULUI EUROPEAN

din 17 decembrie 2024

privind alegerea Ombudsmanului European

PARLAMENTUL EUROPEAN,

având în vedere Tratatul privind funcționarea Uniunii Europene, în special articolul 24 al treilea paragraf și articolul 228,

având în vedere Tratatul de instituire a Comunității Europene a Energiei Atomice, în special articolul 106a,

având în vedere Regulamentul (UE, Euratom) 2021/1163 al Parlamentului European din 24 iunie 2021 de stabilire a statutului și condițiilor generale pentru exercitarea funcțiilor Ombudsmanului (Statutul Ombudsmanului European) și de abrogare a Deciziei 94/262/CECO, CE, Euratom (1),

având în vedere articolul 237 din Regulamentul său de procedură,

având în vedere apelul la candidaturi (2),

având în vedere votul său din 17 decembrie 2024,

DECIDE:

să aleagă pe Teresa ANJINHO să exercite funcția de Ombudsman European până la încheierea legislaturii.

Adoptată la Strasbourg, 17 decembrie 2024.
